What’s your return policy?
We will accept returned goods within a 30 day period. If you change your mind after receiving the item(s)…no problem, just send them back and we can process a refund. The shoes do however have to be returned in an unworn condition, in the original box with the labels attached, also the free gift would have to be returned unused and undamaged. If there is a problem with the goods received, we must be notified within 7 days from receipt of delivery. This includes incorrect items received, missing items or faulty goods. We must be notified within 14 days, from the date the order was placed, if you have not received your item. Please note we will not accept returns with writing or stickers on the box. If items received are defaced/damaged, then a $5 re-packaging charge will be deducted from the refund. Consignments received without the sender’s address will be removed and disposed of after 30 days of receipt. Please note we do not offer an exchange service
What happens if I don’t like the shoes or they do not fit?
No problem. Just send the item back to us unworn and in the original condition for a full refund.
How long does it take to process my return?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible. We aim for a target time of returns being processed the day the goods are received. However, this may on occasions take up to 3-4 working days to process, especially at busy periods.
How do I return an item?
Simply repackage your item, remembering to include the unused free gift. Attach the pre-paid returns label, which is enclosed in your order, to the front of your parcel. Ensure you fill in your name, address and order number. Then hand it in at your local post office where you will obtain a receipt which includes your tracking number.
